Elementz Youth Arts Center’s Studio Kre8v dancers
Updated: Sun, Mar 29 2015, 06:37 PM EDT CINCINNATI (WKRC) — The Local 12 studio witnessed a talented group of dancers on Sunday morning, and they brought the house down.
The Elementz Youth Arts Center’s Studio Kre8v dancers are a talented group who travel around the nation competing in hip-hop dance competitions.
Studio Kre8v is making impressions in both street dance and mainstream arts.
Along with having fun and exercising, the Elementz teachers use hip-hop dancing to build character.
They have won local competitions and performed with prominent Cincinnati art organizations.
The crew will be performing with Concert Nova of the Cincinnati Symphony on April 14th at Woodward Theater in Over-the-Rhine.
This year, the OTR based dance team is heading to San Diego, California in August, to perform at the Hip-Hop International 2015 Competition.
In order to represent Cincinnati the crew needs help fundraising to get to the national stage and showcase their talents.
